Before the sales pitch
They belong at the top, not in the small print.
The licence is yours. It does not travel to your customers, and you may not sell resale, PLR or master rights on.
Host the page, post the pins, run them as ads. Do not sell them, licence them, or hand the files on.
Rewrite every other word if you like. The notice that says this is educational material, not medical advice, stays in what you sell.

A summary. The licence in the download is the document that counts. It is a template, not legal advice.
From download to live
Brand name, author name, price, website, support address. The rebranding guide lists them in one place.
Short PDFs: rebuild or edit in a design tool. Long books: replace the branded pages — cover, copyright, author note, closing page. The guide gives the wording for both routes.
Upload the page, create the product, paste the link into the three checkout slots, click all three buttons yourself.

Read this before you upload
It is one HTML file. Nothing runs on a server, so on its own it cannot take a payment, deliver a file or store an email address. It sells; something else has to collect the money. Two placeholders connect it: [CHECKOUT URL] on the three buy buttons, and [EMAIL SIGNUP ENDPOINT] on the freebie form.
Create the product in Payhip, then take its link from Share / Embed. The product page is payhip.com/b/KEY; to skip it and go straight to payment use payhip.com/buy?link=KEY. Paste that into all three [CHECKOUT URL] slots.
For a checkout that opens over your page instead of leaving it, add Payhip's script to the head and give the buttons the class payhip-buy-button with data-product="KEY".
Upload the file to your hosting as index.html, on the domain or a subdomain. Then point the three buttons at the product in whatever shop you already run. The shop takes the payment, sends the download link, and handles VAT and the order confirmation.
Buy your own product once before you tell anyone about it.
The freebie form posts to [EMAIL SIGNUP ENDPOINT]. Replace it with the form action from your email tool, or the address goes nowhere. Double opt-in is announced on the page, so switch it on at the provider too.
Wherever the checkout lives, the consent to immediate delivery has to be taken there as well, and confirmed in the order email — the checkbox on the page alone does not carry it.

You become the publisher: your name is on the cover, so what you sell is your responsibility. The bundle includes a notice about it and a check to run first. The products are educational material, not medical or nutritional advice, and must not be sold as such.
